Produce and wrap cheese slices seamlessly
The FreePack 1000 from Hochland Natec is a specialized production line for individually wrapped processed cheese slices using continuous operation. It employs a hot-fill system that prevents recontamination, and uses recyclable PP foil for environmentally friendly packaging. The system’s precise sealing ensures secure wrapping and consistent weight of each slice. Slices are uniformly stacked, aiding ease of transport from the FreePack to the Flowpacker. The central control surveillance system offers high operator comfort and trouble-free production. With a capacity of up to 1,100 slices per minute, it can produce up to 1,320 kg of cheese slices per hour. Slice weights can be adjusted from 13g to 30g, and slice formats range from 1.5 mm to 3.5 mm in thickness. Optional features include an inkjet printer for marking ‘open here’, cooling capabilities, and different sealing patterns. The FreePack 1000 meets CE guidelines, ensuring compliance and safety in operations.
