Ice cream coating system for enrobing applications
In the ice cream manufacturing industry, high-quality enrobing requires precise control over belt speed and stringent hygiene standards. Traditional coating methods often struggle to meet these requirements, resulting in inconsistent product quality and higher energy consumption.

Achieve precise and hygienic ice cream enrobing
The ICN Coater from Sollich is engineered for the specific demands of ice cream enrobing, providing efficient coating for full, half, and strip applications with or without chopped nuts. Operating with belt speeds up to 30 m/min, it ensures high production efficiency and reduced energy usage. The system features a construction completely in stainless steel, enabling wet cleaning and maintaining maximum hygiene standards. Equipped with two wire mesh belts, it delivers high uniformity in coating quality. A second curtain station is included to further enhance enrobing precision. Optional CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning with hot water simplifies maintenance, reducing downtime and ensuring ongoing sanitary conditions. Available in multiple working widths ranging from 320 mm to 1800 mm, it can be tailored to meet various production scales.
