The HVF 658 by Handtmann is a high vacuum filler designed to ensure first-class, air-free dry sausage products. It achieves this through excellent evacuation facilitated by high vacuum technology. This process not only eliminates all residual air, creating a compact product with an attractive color, but also reduces maturing time and increases selling weight. With a filling capacity of 2,000 kg/h and filling pressure up to 72 bar, it handles firm or cold feed materials efficiently. The optional integrated inline grinding system further optimizes product quality and processing. This compact, easy-to-handle system is cost-effective, with a hopper volume reaching up to 450 liters, making it suitable for diverse applications including meat, pet food, fish, and dairy products.
