This mixer offers two design versions with either a triple roller bar or a single sigma mixing tool, allowing it to handle different types of dough effectively. It supports manual, semiautomatic, or fully automatic ingredient feeding, and its state-of-the-art software enables it to be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into a larger system. The software allows for dough production according to various set points, like temperature and applied energy, and includes a logging function for production traceability.
