The Leonardo Series – HA52 by Bertoli, part of the Interpump Group, is a high-pressure homogenizer used for various industrial applications, including dairy, food and beverage, chemical and nano dispersion, cosmetic, and pharma and biotech industries. It is equipped with a power range of 200/250 kW and can operate at pressures up to 1500 bar with a maximum capacity of 37,600 liters per hour. The HA52 features a hygienic design and an extended maintenance schedule compliant with MOCA regulations. The self-alignment plunger system and poppet valves are engineered to handle viscous and abrasive products efficiently. Additionally, the device operates without pulsation dampers and offers an easily maintainable liquid end. Options include a closed cabinet for soundproofing and easy open panels for convenient access.
