The machine operates at speeds of up to 50 cycles per minute (CPM) and can handle diverse product types such as dense powders, fine particulates, and viscous liquids. Key features include powered film unwind, film slitters and forming tubes specific to bag sizes, and automatic film tracking. It employs Siemens or Allen-Bradley control systems for streamlined operation. The machine’s construction meets GMP standards, ensuring high hygienic levels, which is crucial for sectors like medical supplies and food. The device has additional options like multi-lane volumetric fillers, dust suction nozzles, and static elimination for enhanced functionality.
