The Full Production Greasing and Depositing Line by Bakon integrates a Release Agent Sprayer and a Depositor to streamline the baking process. The Release Agent Sprayer ensures even coverage on trays, thus preventing sticking and simplifying clean-up. The exhaust unit minimizes overspray by capturing and recycling excess release agent. The subsequent Depositor accurately fills the trays with products like cake rusk, pound cake, muffins, and cupcakes. Designed for easy integration into existing production lines, this system allows for adjustable width and height settings, ensuring flexibility in application. Additionally, the production line supports a working width from 400 to 800 mm.
