The Lightline Flowpacker from Schubert Group is designed to package various product formats in flowpacks. Its preconfigured design allows for fast delivery and quick implementation. Integrated 3D image recognition systems detect the position, location, height, and quality of products, ensuring flawless product handling by the robots. The system offers four sealing technologies, including a unique combination of ultrasonic and heat sealing for heat-sensitive products. The flying cross sealing unit adapts to the variable speeds of upstream F4 robots, maintaining high sealing quality with consistent sealing times. Performance is scalable by adding preconfigured sub-units with 1, 2, 4, or 6 F4 pick-and-place robots to meet specific requirements.
