The GEA FIBC emptying stations allow a single operator to discharge bulk bags containing powder into a processing system. Designed with a focus on sanitation, these stations clamp and seal the bulk bag liner to the hopper to contain dust and prevent contamination. Available with either a ceiling-mounted hoist or an integrated hoist in the frame, these stations are adaptable for various bulk bag sizes and types. They can handle up to 5-6 bags per hour, depending on the bag’s specifications. Additional options include an integrated vibrating single screen sifter, a buffer hopper, and a 25kg bag emptying station to further optimize the system.
