The SECUREFILL 40T by ACG World is part of the SECUREFILL series, designed for high-level containment in capsule filling. Supporting occupational exposure band (OEB) up to level 4, this system ensures complete containment, avoiding operator contact within OEL range 1-10 µg/m³. It features a monoblock structure of SS316L with HEPA filters, a rapid transfer port (RTP), and glove ports. The accurate dosing mechanisms maintain a negative pressure environment, ensuring precise filling of oncological, hormonal, biopharmaceutical, and antiviral formulations. The integrated wet-in-place system conveniently wets all suspended particles, making cleaning efficient and straightforward. The SECUREFILL 40T can handle various capsule sizes from 00 to 5 at a maximum speed of 40,000 capsules per hour, making it ideal for medium to large production batches. Compatible with additional equipment like check-weighers, metal detectors, and de-dusters, this machine ensures the production of high-quality capsules under safe conditions.
