With a capacity of 15 kg, the INSPIRE facilitates filling and vibrating chocolate moulds, either manually or with a distribution system (Quickfill). This process stabilizes the cocoa butter crystals, guaranteeing a satin-like shine, a firm bite, and easy release from moulds. The INSPIRE’s compact design and optional color versions make it suitable for a variety of settings, including consumer-facing rooms. The machine includes a standard vibration table with a separate motor, ideal heating with multiple heating zones, and cooling via a hermetic cooling group, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.
