The FS212 Asepto-Fill® by OMVE is an isolated sterile working chamber designed for the cold aseptic filling and closing of samples in various containers. It features a controlled overpressure environment where the operator fills pre-sterilized samples and securely seals them before discharging via an airlock chamber. This meticulous process ensures samples remain 100% sterile, facilitating the production of UHT products with a six-month shelf life at ambient temperature. Ideal for shipping samples or conducting shelf-life and stability studies, the FS212 Asepto-Fill® monitors all critical control points (CCPs) during sterilization in place (SIP) and cleaning in place (CIP) processes.
