It features a water-jacketed melting grid with built-in heating, ensuring even melting of fats and butters. The water-jacketed holding tank keeps the melted products at a consistent temperature, suitable for your factory’s hot water supply. The unit is equipped with a temperature set point variable, a hood on gas springs for easy access, and a geared motor drive for smooth operation. Additionally, it includes an agitator scraper, outlet connections, temperature sensor, maximum level sensor, and thermal conditioning. The stainless steel construction ensures durability and easy maintenance.
