The Closed Loop Granulator by Fabtech is a comprehensive granulation system designed to enhance productivity and safety in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This system incorporates a Rapid Mixer Granulator, Fluid Bed Equipment, a Vacuum Transfer System, a Dry Co mill, and a Blender, all connected through stainless steel (SS 316L) braided flexible pipelines. These connections ensure completely closed and contained product transfer, reducing contamination risks. The granulation line is fully automated, minimizing human intervention and improving yield rates. Constructed with cGMP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, the system supports batch sizes up to 300 kgs and is available in laboratory, pilot, and commercial production models. Product contact parts are mirror-finished for easy cleaning, while non-contact parts are matt-finished for durability.
