The Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) solution by Tanis Food Tec is designed to ensure efficient and reliable cleaning of entire dairy production lines. It offers two configurations: an integrated CIP pump within tempering and aeration systems or a central CIP system for cleaning multiple process lines. The CIP system prepares cleaning solutions in advance and automates the cleaning process. Equipped with PLC and HMI touch screens, it includes features like automatic self-cleaning cycles. The CIP unit consists of a pre-rinse tank, an insulated heated cleaning tank, a final rinse tank, a steam-heated plate heat exchanger, and high-velocity CIP pumps for both supply and return of CIP water. The system ensures all materials and surface finishes meet FDA standards, preventing any residue buildup.
