Chocolate moulding line for lentils, balls, and eggs

In the chocolate production industry, creating uniform and high-quality small items like lentils, balls, and eggs can be a significant challenge. Consistency and precision are key to ensuring each piece meets quality standards and customer expectations.

Form chocolate items with precision and uniformity

The Eriksen moulding line by Aasted is a specialized system designed to produce chocolate centers for small lentils, balls, eggs, and similar items, which can then be sugar-coated or polished. The core of the system uses cooled precision rollers to form the chocolate articles perfectly. The Eriksen line offers two types: Type ES, which includes a mobile roller section, a cooling unit, a cooling tunnel, cooling compressor, cooling element, and a sieve drum; and Type E, which has a stationary roller section. Both types can be expanded with additional rollers, conveyors, or sieves for increased production. Operating at temperatures between -15°C and -25°C, the system ensures a uniform shape and high-quality finish for each product. The quick changeover between different items, such as lentils, balls, and eggs, by swapping out the rollers minimizes downtime and enhances efficiency.
