The coating section can be removed and washed easily, maintaining hygiene and operational convenience. This tunnel can handle multiple tempering machines for differing chocolate colors, enhancing its versatility. Ideal for large workshops and small to medium-sized industries, this equipment offers flexibility with dimensions from 4 to 16 meters. Electrical specifications include a 400 V three-phase system, requiring 4 Kw power.
