Control coating temperatures and air flow
The Comfit Maxi by Selmi is a chocolate and sugar coating system designed for products such as chocolate dragees, chocolate and sugared almonds, and the coating of hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, and dried fruits of various sizes. This system features a rotating tank with a controlled air cooling system to aid in the rapid enlargement of the dragees through chocolate introduction. A resistance mechanism later smoothens and polishes the product while cleaning the system. The control panel includes a thermoregulator for temperature adjustments, allowing for precise control during processing. With a tank capacity of 50-60 kg and an hourly production rate of 40 kg, this system is suitable for semi-industrial use. The Comfit Maxi distinguishes itself by being the only model in its product category with an autonomous cooling unit. Additional features include an interchangeable air filter and operation at 400 V three phase – 50 Hz with a power requirement of 2.5 Kw – 16 A – 5 poles.
