The MS235 is an advanced intermittent motion vertical sachet filling and sealing system designed for medium to high production rates. This system, developed by Marchesini, features vertical plate sealing with adjustable pressure and temperature controls. It ensures precise filling using a syringe dosing unit system and pneumatic closing nozzles. An integrated brushless motor manages paper feed, while the vertical cutting and/or perforation mechanism allows easy cleaning and replacement. The MS235 includes a non-compliant sachet reject system and a film cooling system by blowing air. It can operate as a stand-alone unit or integrate with a Pick & Place system for stacking, counting, and transferring sachets to a cartoner. The touch screen control panel facilitates machine management with self-diagnosis and help functions. The format size parameters can be set and stored through the control panel, making the system adaptable to different production needs.
