The CAO 3000[2]-CHOC IN-LINE from Caotech is an advanced, fully automatic chocolate processing line designed to streamline the entire production process. This system integrates two CAO 3000 low-speed agitated ball mills alongside a Mini Mix mixing/dosing unit, allowing for precise and continuous fine grinding, conching, and mixing operations under PLC control. The line can manage the processing of various products including chocolate, creams, bread spreads, and fat-based compounds, with a capacity of up to 1,500 kg/h when using crystal sugar (1.2 mm). Moreover, it supports automatic feeding systems for ingredients like fat, lecithin, and vanillin, making it a highly efficient and reliable option for large-scale chocolate production. With an installed power of 163 kW and compact dimensions, the CAO 3000[2]-CHOC IN-LINE is designed to minimize wear, reduce energy consumption, and maintain constant product quality.
