The GEA Limited Intervention (Li) Filler is designed to fully automate the powder bag filling process, from the loading of empty bags to the sealing of filled bags. Ideal for food, dairy, and nutraceutical products, this system minimizes the need for manual intervention, thereby reducing contamination risks and ensuring product safety. The integrated heat sealing system and automated adjustments cater to various product types and bag sizes. Capable of handling up to 12MT/hr, the system is suitable for large-scale operations. The ‘Li’ system also features a fully enclosed filling area to prevent dust migration and an optional Modified Atmosphere Packing (MAP) technology for extending product shelf life.
