The AZO BATCHTAINER® from AZO is designed for the automated handling of bulk materials, especially for those with poor flow properties. This system allows for precise batch tracking and efficient material handling in automated production processes. The BATCHTAINER® can be easily mounted on a docking station and locked pneumatically. An electronic ID system eliminates identification errors, while its patented docking sleeve ensures dust-free product feeding. The container remains on the docking station as long as needed, and changing containers is straightforward, requiring only the closing of a gate and release of the pneumatic restraint. This system is particularly useful as a transport and storage container for medium throughputs and in systems where bulk materials are received in bags.
