The DISPERMAT® SL-M EX from VMA-Getzmann is a horizontal bead mill designed to meet the stringent safety requirements for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. This mill is ATEX-certified under the 2014/34/EU directive, making it suitable for Zones 0, 1, and 2 for gases and Zones 20, 21, and 22 for dust. It features variable speed control with speeds up to 6000 rpm and digital display for speed and product temperature. The compact control box is conveniently mounted directly on the mill. The DISPERMAT® SL-M EX is available in multiple configurations, ranging from 1.1 kW power with 0.05-liter volume up to 4 kW with a 2-liter volume, offering flexibility to handle product volumes from 0.05 to 50 liters. This bead mill is ideal for fine dispersing tasks, ensuring consistent product quality even under rigorous operating conditions.
