The Aseptic Filler EA 1C D from Tropical Food Machinery is a versatile filling solution that integrates seamlessly with any aseptic system. It specializes in filling pre-sterilized bags up to 220 liters with various products, including fruit juice, puree, cream, sauce, jelly, yogurt, milk, and even chopped tomatoes. The system features a single aseptic filling head with steam sterilization, ensuring stringent FDA-certified safety standards. Temperature control is managed by PT100 probes, while product dosage is precisely measured using a flow meter integrated into the PLC. The entire filling operation, aside from positioning the aseptic bag, is automated and controlled by a PLC microprocessor. This includes sterilization, filling, C.I.P. washing processes, and error management. The user-friendly HMI touch-screen interface allows for real-time operation monitoring and alarm management. It can fill up to 6,000 liters per hour and handles various spout sizes—1” for liquids and 2” for shredded or chunky products.
