The Aseptic Filler EA-2C-BD, manufactured by Tropical Food Machinery, is designed to fill pre-sterilized bags with a variety of liquid and semi-liquid food products. This filler features two aseptic filling heads with steam sterilization, capable of filling 220-liter drums or 1000-liter bins or goodpacks. Temperature control is achieved through PT100 probes, and product dosage is measured by a flow meter integrated into the PLC. Compatible with 1” nozzles for juice and 2” nozzles for shredded products, this system ensures high versatility. All operations, except for the positioning of the aseptic bag, are automated and controlled via a PLC microprocessor that manages sterilization, filling, and C.I.P. washing. The HMI touch-screen interface allows for easy monitoring of operations and alarms. The system has a maximum capacity of up to 14,000 liters per hour for juice filling and up to 9,000 liters per hour for products with pieces, depending on viscosity. The machinery complies with FDA certified safety parameters.
