The FS218 Aseptic Bag-in-Box Filler by OMVE is specifically designed for aseptic filling on a laboratory scale. This system uses pre-sterilized, double-membrane bags connected to a sterilized filling chamber. The sterilization process involves flushing the chamber and top membrane with steam before filling and sealing the bag at the bottom. A second steam flush further eliminates any potential contamination. This filler can handle bag sizes ranging from 2L to 20L and integrates seamlessly with OMVE’s HTST and UHT systems. Its compact design, less than 1m² footprint, allows for efficient use of space in various lab environments, while touchscreen controls provide user-friendly operation.
