Constructed from AISI 316 stainless steel, it is suitable for packaging food products like sauces, jams, and pet food, as well as chemicals, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. This filler offers precise repeatability, a wide range of controls for pressure, temperature, and dispensing speed, and can handle products of varying densities. It operates pneumatically, using between 4-6 bars of pressure, and offers flexibility in mounting options, including bench positioning or a wheeled trolley. The system can be integrated into automated packaging lines and customized with loading hoppers, heating groups, and mixers. The filler has a production capacity of approximately 350 to 400 jars per hour, dependent on the product and operator speed. Available in configurations allowing dosing ranges from 100 to 5000 cc, the Dosamatic Plus is a versatile and reliable choice for diverse industrial applications.
