With a capacity range of 840 to 1600 packages per hour and a filling accuracy of ±1%, this system primes the product from an 80-liter hopper with an automatic level control that syncs with a transfer pump. The nozzle system, which includes an anti-dropping feature, is easily disassembled for cleaning. The pneumatic and electronic operation requires 6 bars of compressed air and offers an optional C.I.P. cleaning system. The unit is compliant with food hygiene standards and customizable for various packaging sizes and shapes, making it suitable for applications from food products like chocolate spread and mayonnaise to cosmetics and industrial applications.
