The PT Chronos OML BF SERIES open-mouth bagging systems are specifically designed for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries to bag powdery materials, like milk, whey or lactose powders. The OML BF bagging system features our patented dust-reduced, bottom-up filling technology, which ensures high accuracy during the filling process. Once the bag is placed, the filling spout moves down the bag during the filling cycle.

The Open-mouth bottom-up baggers keep a minimum distance between the filling point of the vertical filling screw and the product in the bag to minimize the dust emission and reduce the product aeration. The control-driven vertical screw allows all powdery products to be filled hygienically, accurately and quickly.

The OML SERIES features modular designs in three versions: compact open-mouth bagging system (OML-1080 SERIES, up to 800 bags per hour), high-speed open-mouth bagging system (OML-1120 SERIES, up to 1,200 bags per hour) and high-speed open-mouth bagging system for PE bags (OML-1120 FS SERIES, up to 1,200 bags per hour). The PT Chronos PTR-1030 Series Open-Mouth Bagger can adapt to applications that require multiple bag materials, bag sizes and bag closing devices. It uses two FANUC robots, one for empty bag handling and one for filled bag control. The two robots provide both reliability, by simplifying the mechanical aspect and limiting the number of moving parts in the machine, and precision, with their proven accuracy.

The empty bag handling robot can be upgraded with a vision system which realigns the top of the bag during the empty bag placing motion, thus ensuring the highest precision during the bag closing process. The PTR-1030 can fill either gusseted or pillow-type open-mouth bags, and can handle paper, PE, laminated and porous polywoven bags. The PTR-1030 Series Open-Mouth Bagger are the most versatile and agile bagger in the industry, providing ultra-rapid bag size changeovers.

STATEC BINDER’s CIRUPAC is a high-performance bagging carousel which is extremely reliable and accurate. It is specially designed for the packaging of flour and powdery products in pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight of 10 kg to 50 kg. It is ideal for filling prefabricated open mouth bags made of woven PP, PE or paper, and can achieve a maximum output of up to 1200 bags per hour.

The Open-mouth bag filling machine for powders is configured with a continuously rotating carousel. The components of the machine are connected to each other with utmost precision to ensure a seamless operation. The prefabricated bags are individually separated from the magazine by vacuum suction and are sent to the pickup station. Upon arrival to the filling spout, the bag is opened and clamped to the filling spout for the filling process. The product is then measured to the specified level and poured into the bag via an intermediate hopper.

At any given time, up to six bags can be filled via the six different filling stations housed in the carousel. The filled bags are transported to the bag sealing station, and during the time of transport the product is continuously compacted by special vibration plates. All these steps take place continuously, thus ensuring a seamless packed bag output. Its applications include powdery products such as flour, animal feed premixes or corn starch, etc.
