Automates cream application with high capacity
The Film Spreading Machine WZTD from Hebenstreit is designed to automate the process of applying cream to wafer sheets using the film method. The machine features a film knife that gently transfers the cream film from the spreading roller onto the wafer sheet, ensuring uniform application. Versatile spreader head versions are available for cream, chocolate, caramel, or jam. The wafer sheets are fed continuously under the spreader head, which applies the cream without any gaps, then stacks them to form a sandwich with a cover sheet. The modular design allows for customization, including additional spreader heads, stacking stations, or devices for sprinkling chopped nuts. The machine can handle spreading widths up to 1,000 mm and achieve outputs of up to 120 wafer sheets per minute.
