The UHT LAB Unit by Limitech is designed for ultra high temperature treatment, capable of small-scale production ranging from 30 to 130 kg/h. Using direct steam injection, it heats the product to a temperature of 150°C, inactivating sporogenous organisms and bacteria, thereby extending shelf life without preservatives. The system features adjustable holding times, ensuring precise control over processing conditions. Built with stainless steel (AISI 316 for parts in contact with the product), it ensures hygiene and durability. The unit is equipped with an integrated CIP system for easy cleaning and monitoring, which ensures uniform and reproducible product quality.
