Tablet and capsule diverter
In pharmaceutical manufacturing, efficient and precise filling of multiple containers with tablets and capsules is crucial. Challenges include monitoring for jams, defining discharge sequences, and compatibility with existing dedusting systems.

Automates sorting and filling of tablets and capsules
The V4000 from Krämer is an electronically controlled drum diverter designed for continuous filling operations in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This solution supports up to 12 discharge positions and allows for programmable definition of discharge sequences. The V4000 is equipped with jam monitoring sensors at the inlet to prevent blockages and maintain uninterrupted operation. It is compatible with Krämer dedusters KD7015 and KD7035 and can be controlled by either the deduster or the tablet press/capsule filling machine. The housing and drive unit meet IP65 protection ratings, making it durable for industrial use. The gear motor drive unit ensures consistent performance, while the stainless steel (AISI 316L) and POM parts promise longevity. With various options for sample collection and inlet/outlet adapters, it provides flexibility for diverse production requirements.
