The ELEMENTRA® by Haver & Boecker is a stationary system designed for packaging products into valve bags and big bags. It supports outputs of 200 to 1,000 bags per hour (3-16 bags/min). The system is highly configurable with up to four filling spouts and can cater to both manual and automatic bag placements. For powder-type products, the system uses a turbine-based T-module, while the L-module, using air pressure, is suited for granular or diverse products. Optional SEAL technology is available to ensure the bags are securely closed after filling. Key features include MEC 4.0 weighing electronics, Siemens TIA portal control, and intelligent ventilation for optimal filling processes.
