Continuous drying of pastes, sludges, and high-viscosity liquids
The Anhydro Small Scale Spin Flash Dryers by SPX Flow come in two types: SFD 47 and SFD 51. These dryers offer a highly economical drying method due to their capacity to handle products with higher solid content. The SFD 47 is designed for continuous drying of cohesive and non-cohesive pastes, sludges, and high-viscosity liquids, equipped for easy installation and maintenance. The SFD 51, capable of large testing and small-scale production at high temperatures, also includes a bag filter and is heated by an indirect gas heater. The systems are delivered as complete standardized units, including the core drying plant, support frame, PLC control system, safety system, cabling, wiring, packing, and full documentation.
