The MINIMAX by IMA is a GMP-compliant, small-scale freeze dryer designed to meet the specific demands of handling small production batches. Based on the successful LYOMAX concept, MINIMAX provides scalable lyophilization technologies from formulation to full commercial production. With several configurations available, it offers shelf areas ranging from 1.0 up to 3.9 m², and ice condenser capacities from 29 to 78 kg, with minimum condenser temperatures of –75°C. It is equipped with Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) to optimize drying outcomes and gives a data-rich environment for monitoring. It supports non-aqueous solvents and high-potent products processing and can integrate with isolation technology and automatic vial-loading systems.
