The Guedu® mixing agitator by De Dietrich Process Systems is designed for optimal powder blending. The system employs a vortex motion, creating three distinct mixing effects: division, separation by thin layer, and dispersion. It features a cylindrical vessel with a flat base, minimal clearance between the vessel and agitator, and a discharge door flush with the vessel wall to prevent carry-over between batches and ensure efficient discharge. High-speed lump breakers, either side or top-mounted, are used for achieving desired mixing efficiency. The construction eliminates dead spaces and the unit can be charged from the top, with discharge options including manual or automatic side discharge doors or valves.
