The RP Depositor from Unifiller Systems is a servo-driven rotary piston depositor designed for high-speed, accurate portion depositing and spreading of soft, self-leveling batters, creams, and fillings. With the capability to be configured up to 18 ports, it is suitable for a wide range of baking and food processing applications. The submerged rotary piston design minimizes air pockets, ensuring a consistent texture in the deposited product. Adjustable nozzle centers and a 26-inch wide design provide flexibility for different tray sizes, while easy-to-use touchscreen controls with recipe storage streamline operations. Constructed from stainless steel, the RP Depositor is durable and easy to clean, supporting up to 80 cycles per minute with a deposit range of up to 4.7 oz per inch and particle sizes up to 1/4 inch cube.
