The Tenco Pouchélite is a pneumatically operated manual monoblock designed for filling and capping ‘Doypack’ type flexible pouches. It utilizes a Doselite volumetric dosing pump, capable of handling liquid and semi-dense products, even those with particles or fibers. All contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, suitable for food, cosmetic, chemical, and pharmaceutical applications. The Pouchélite is available with optional inert gas injection to increase product shelf life. The air motor with torque regulation ensures precise capping. The system can fill bags of various sizes and configurations, including those with central or lateral pre-welded spouts. It can also operate with high-temperature products. Tenco offers several models and accessory kits to cater to different production needs, such as conical feed hoppers and dosing heating systems.
