Linear intermittent motion filling system for high-density liquids

In industries where precise liquid dosing into irregular-shaped bottles is required, maintaining accuracy and efficiency is crucial. Challenges include synchronizing bottles and avoiding dribbles and drops during the filling process.

Facilitates accurate high-density liquid filling

The LL is a linear intermittent motion filling system from CAM Packaging. It features a format-based scroll that synchronizes even irregular-shaped bottles, eliminating the need for nozzle adjustment. For accurate bottle mouth positioning, a centering rake is employed before nozzle descent. An integrated system recovers any dribbles or drops at the end of the dosing phase. Fast dismounting is enabled by quick-release ‘tri-clamps’, and a CIP (Cleaning-in-place) system allows dosing group washing without disassembly. The nozzle stroke is adjustable to handle foam-based products. Capable of mounting 10 dosing groups up to 500ml and handling bottles up to 1000ml in two cycles, the machine’s valves can be controlled mechanically, pneumatically, or by gravity. A high-positioned product tank aids in dosing dense products, and nozzles are equipped with bottom closure or dribble-breaking systems through blowing or suction. This machine is particularly suitable for high-density liquid filling and can rotate jars during filling to distribute cream evenly and limit bubble formation.
