This equipment features a reliable and easy-to-sanitize valve with height-adjustable moving filling tubes, allowing you to define the fill level accurately. Its foam reduction capabilities ensure excellent filling performance, even at ambient temperatures. The filling valves are made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel for durability and hygiene. Automatically engaged dummy bottles reduce operator intervention, while centralized filling level adjustments simplify changeovers for different bottle types. The ISOTRONIC G supports high throughput with up to 50,000 bottles per hour using 20 to 100 valves.
