The ECOBLOC® HEVF series by SMI Group is an integrated system that combines stretch-blow moulding, filling, and capping into a single unit. By eliminating the need for a rinser and the conveyors between stages, this setup minimizes contamination risks and line inefficiencies. The system is suitable for manufacturing PET, rPET, and PP containers of various sizes and shapes. With infrared lamp-equipped heating modules, it ensures even heat distribution, preventing preform deformation and maintaining process precision. Magnetic flow meters in the filling section guarantee precise volume control, while the system’s modular design allows easy adaptation for different product types. This integrated approach supports products like still and carbonated water, juices, milk, vinegar, and detergents.
