This system reduces the number of process steps by grinding the product to its final grain size while simultaneously portioning it. It features independently controlled feeding and separating drives for flexible adaptation of cut sizes, and an optional gristle separator ensures product reliability. The GD 93-3 is particularly effective when used with Handtmann VF 600 vacuum fillers, such as the VF 622 and VF 628, which provide high filling pressure up to 72 bar. This combination is ideal for producing high-quality minced meat, fresh sausage, dry sausage, and small-calibre dry sausage snacks. With capabilities to handle product diameters up to 130 mm and final grain sizes ranging from 1.5 to 8 mm, the GD 93-3 offers a versatile solution for various applications, from sausages to burger patties and pet food.
