The ISP-3600 ultrasonic liquid processor by Kinematica is designed for industrial-scale production, suitable for working with liquid volumes above 1 liter with no upper limit. It features a 3600 W ultrasonic generator, a water-cooled transducer, and a half-wave Barbell Horn® for efficient energy transfer. The system includes a flow-through reactor chamber and a heat exchanger to manage temperature-sensitive materials. It is equipped with a heavy-duty support stand for stability. Optional accessories such as a storage/mixing tank with an integrated mixer, sound enclosure, magnetic stirrer with hotplate, peristaltic pump, water chiller, jacketed beaker, NanoStabilizers®, and post-processing filters provide flexibility to meet specific processing needs.
