For applications requiring greater thermal efficiency or inertization, the system supports exhaust gas recycling. Two main configurations are available: co-current and counter-current. The co-current configuration is ideal for heat-sensitive, high-moisture materials, providing rapid evaporation without overheating, while the counter-current configuration is suited for materials needing to be dried to very low moisture levels or requiring elevated product temperatures.
