The system uses solid cast iron or brass moulds, which retain heat exceptionally well, ensuring that the batter starts cooking immediately upon deposition. This preserves the fine details of the moulds, resulting in smooth cake surfaces and visible design features. The batter and filling are evenly distributed thanks to the mould’s turning mechanism during baking. The system allows for easy swapping of moulds, enabling quick changes in design without prolonged downtime. With capacities ranging from 7000 to 25000 pieces per hour and output between 200 to 550 kg/hr, this equipment is suitable for large-scale production. The system is fully automated and features a stainless steel frame for sanitation.
