The HST Blender from Scott Equipment is a versatile continuous blender capable of handling up to five different materials simultaneously. This high-speed turbo blender allows for the mixing of powder with powder, powder with liquid, or several liquids to create a homogeneous product free of lumps. Its flexibility comes from adjustable paddles and mixing shaft speeds, facilitating customization based on desired results. Suitable for high-intensity applications with low retention time, it excels in mixing small amounts of liquid with dry powder in coating processes. Additional options for direct heat or steam/hot oil jackets are available for applications requiring melting and coating. Cooling jackets can also be incorporated when cooling is needed. The blender is available in various construction materials, including carbon steel and 316L stainless steel. It features multiple inlet and discharge configurations and large access doors for easy maintenance.
