The HEVF Series from Enoberg, part of the SMI Group, is a hyper-clean electronic volumetric filling system designed to precisely fill and cap a wide variety of liquids, from still and carbonated beverages to dairy and cleaning products. This system employs magnetic flow meters for each valve, ensuring maximum filling precision by monitoring product flow and sending closure signals promptly. It integrates smoothly with existing production lines, featuring seamless bottle transfer and capping via electronically synchronized star wheels.

Ideal for food and beverage, dairy, and household chemicals industries, the HEVF Series processes still water, carbonated drinks, juices, wines, and even viscous liquids like syrups and sauces. Designed for high-speed continuous operations, it facilitates quick format changeovers via an intuitive HMI touchscreen.

Engineered with a 304 stainless steel frame and 316 stainless steel filling valves, the HEVF Series ensures durability and resistance to corrosion. The equipment’s hygiene is enhanced by its isolated filling environment and airlock-protected electronic components, allowing for efficient COP cleaning.
