The Proseal GT0s by JBT is an automatic, medium-capacity, high-speed, in-line tray sealing system designed to optimize labor costs and increase production speed. It features a unique QR modular conveyor system that allows seamless integration with other line equipment. With a capacity of up to 36 atmospheric packs per minute using a 2-impression tool, the GT0s ensures high throughput and rapid tool changes in just two minutes. The tray sealer also offers an optional ‘free-flow’ gas flush Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) to extend the shelf life of various food products. It is fully portable with castor mounts, making it easy to relocate within production facilities. Designed with food industry-approved hygienic construction and wash-down protection, this system is ideal for applications in industries such as fish and seafood, pork, red meat, poultry, and fresh produce.
