The nMX by CAM Packaging is a high-speed blister packaging unit with plate sealing designed for efficiency and ease of use. With a small footprint and balcony structure, the system ensures quick format change-over facilitated by intuitive operations, making it suitable for even unskilled operators. Featuring systems for sealing, forming, and cutting plates, along with plain guides for product loading and sensors for positioning, it ensures a smooth change-over process. This model maintains compatibility with older CAM blister units, allowing interchangeability of parts. The unit is compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and includes mechanisms to detect overloads, promoting operational reliability. Handling a range of capsule types including hard and soft jelly capsules, lacquered pills, and more, the nMX can work with a variety of materials such as PVC, PVC-PVDC, PETG, ALU-PE, and layered materials like aluminium-paper-Mylar. The reel holder supports forming reels up to 600 mm in diameter, and a motorized unwinder aids in efficient forming material feed.
