This solution integrates widely-used features from previous Thermutator® and Votator® models while introducing enhanced ease of maintenance. With a design that includes an integral gear motor drive and a removable heat transfer tube, the Votator® II minimizes downtime and lowers ownership costs. The unit’s certification by 3-A, ASME, and PED ensures compliance with industry standards. Available with PEEK™ blades—known for their high tensile strength and temperature resistance—this heat exchanger can efficiently process high-viscosity products. Optional configurations offer up to 11 sq ft of heat transfer area and up to 30 horsepower, making it versatile for various applications including heating and cooling cheese sauce, syrups, fruit products, and more.
